Client & Event Support
- Coordinate case study development, including outreach scheduling, interview support, and content drafting
- Support client visibility efforts by helping promote client events, initiatives, and milestones
- Represent the brand professionally in client-facing and event settings as needed
- Execute event marketing for the 1682 Conference and other O3-hosted events: promotion, registration support, speaker coordination, and on-site logistics

Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with leadership to support messaging, campaign rollout, and new business initiatives
- Help keep marketing initiatives organized and moving forward by tracking timelines, deliverables, and internal inputs
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and contractors as needed
